Welcome to Cowboy Engraving. My name is Shawn Didyoung. I design, engrave, and fabricate cowboy gear and western jewelry using different metals in an attempt to accommodate your budget. In 2013 I was named Engraver of the Year by the Academy of Western Artists. I offer an instruction booklet and DVD and one on one instruction for individuals that are interested in learning the art of engraving. Orders are typically mailed in 2-3 days. Custom order shipping is discussed at the time of the order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be satisfied with our purchase. If you have problems, concerns, let us know. We will do our best to be sure you are satisfied or will refund you upon return of the product within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear.
If a product arrives and you decide you do not want it, but want a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. All products returned are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. A refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping and 25% re-stocking fee) will be provided only if the item has signs of wear and tear. **Please include a note with your order and include your name, address, and why you are returning the item. If a product is defective, we will pay for the return shipping or send a replacement part whenever possible.
